Report a Problem
To report a payment delay, fake app, withdrawal failure, or other operator issue, send the following details to editor@casinomarket.com:
Operator Information
- Operator name
- Date and approximate time of the issue
- Issue type (deposit, withdrawal, access, account, etc.)
Transaction Details
- Payment method used
- Amount (currency & value)
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs)
Reports without supporting evidence are still useful but carry less weight in verification scoring.
What Happens Next
Submitted reports may:
- Trigger re-testing — we run additional verification on the affected operator
- Affect verification scores — once cross-checked against other data
- Contribute to risk analysis — patterns across multiple users are documented
- Inform scam reporting — clear deceptive operations may be added to the watchdog section
