Casinomarket relies on user reports as part of operator verification. If you have experienced issues with a casino operator, your report can affect verification scores and risk analysis.


Report a Problem

To report a payment delay, fake app, withdrawal failure, or other operator issue, send the following details to editor@casinomarket.com:

Required

Operator Information

  • Operator name
  • Date and approximate time of the issue
  • Issue type (deposit, withdrawal, access, account, etc.)
Required

Transaction Details

  • Payment method used
  • Amount (currency & value)
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs)

Reports without supporting evidence are still useful but carry less weight in verification scoring.

What Happens Next

Submitted reports may:

  • Trigger re-testing — we run additional verification on the affected operator
  • Affect verification scores — once cross-checked against other data
  • Contribute to risk analysis — patterns across multiple users are documented
  • Inform scam reporting — clear deceptive operations may be added to the watchdog section

You may receive a follow-up if we need additional details. Otherwise, reports are processed without further correspondence.
